Hull and Machinery Insurance
Covering the loss or the damage that happens to the ship’s hull, engines, or equipment due to the risks of navigable waters under the insurance conditions issued by the Institute of London Underwriters on 1\1\1995 as follows:
• The damage or loss resulting from fire, explosions, or defects in the machinery or ship’s hull.
• The damage or loss resulting from intentional negligence of the owner, the captain, or the crew.
• The damage or loss resulting from a collision with another ship or with the equipment of the docks.
• The damage or loss resulting from intentional negligence of the maintenance crew under the condition that they do not belong to the insurer.
• The insurance covers the following: merchant ships, fishing ships, tankers, yachts, and mariners’ personal accidents
