Social Responsibility
Sahara Insurance Company strongly believes that we have a responsibility towards the well-being of the community, and thus:
• We work closely with social welfare agencies and provide all possible support for their programs, especially those that focus on promoting the awareness of health issues and public education programs for all levels of society.
• We work to raise the awareness of the importance of insurance for the security and longevity of an individual or a company. We strive to effectively deliver this message, working side by side with the Federation of Insurance, the Office of Insurance and other insurance companies, hoping to have a significant impact on the society’s perception of the insurance industry in Libya.
• Our commitment to the welfare of our society starts first and foremost with our employees. We provide scholarships for our employees in order to give them the opportunity to get a university education and higher education while in our employment. In addition to that, we continuously facilitate participation in seminars and various training courses to develop our staff not only to raise them to international standards but also to improve their own sense of self-fulfillment.
